How long will it take to get my order?

Shipping times do vary depending on the provider. Typically it takes 2-3 days to process and verify the order and between 5-14 days for USA suppliers & up to 3 weeks shipping from overseas

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we only ship to the USA, but one day we hope to be able to ship to anywhere in the world. Stay tuned!

When will I receive tracking info?

Typically it takes 2-3 days to process your order and once it ships tracking information will sent to the Phone number or Email address you provided, or through the Shop Pay app which can be downloaded at checkout for free on ios or Android!

Return Policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You may contact us at x.thehiddenvillage@gmail.com. Or for faster service, from your account you can view past orders and beside them will be an option to  "Return/ Exchange".

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
